The bright path ishayas - The Four Ascension Attitudes
The bright path ishayas - The Ascension Attitudes are mechanical meditation tools, not requiring participants to obtain any certain belief or religion. They may be done with either your eyes opened or closed, allowing for individuals to practice the meditation practices anytime, any day and anywhere. There are four main kinds of Ascension Attitudes: Praise Ascension Attitude, Gratitude Ascension Attitude, Love Ascension Attitude and Compassion Ascension Attitude. The Praise Ascension Attitude is focused on bringing awareness for this moment and is the most basic of all the techniques. The Praise Attitude helps you to bring awareness for the experience of life, and truly experiencing and enjoying the present moment. By concentrating on the present moment, it is possible to let go of judgment and condemnation and instead target a life of praise. The Gratitude Ascension flows naturally inside wake of the Praise Ascension Attitude and supports healing your relationship using the outside world around us. Even though the Praise Ascension Attitude helps concentrate on the inner self, the Gratitude Ascension Attitude helps focus on a renewed thought of the world and appreciation for a lifetime around you.The Love Ascension Attitude is often a healing practice that works well with our relationship on the Source of Love, or our spiritual connection. The Love Ascension Attitude automatically helps love, or the presence of one’s own being, being clear. The Compassion Ascension Attitude ties together the praise, gratitude and love Ascension Attitudes in to a perfect group. As one’s conscioussness develops with these various Ascension Attitudes, compassion closes the meditation up by replacing judgment along with your inner self causing all of creation. The Ascension Attitudes are brought to individuals by The Bright Path Ishayas, who may have based these teachings upon truths. The Ishayas teach these Ascension Attitudes as a way to help participants meditate, cleaning their mind of all of the chaos and chatter that gathers due to stress and busyness.
